QUALIFICATIONS:

              

1. Bachelor’s degree in education with valid teaching Certificate in North Carolina with specified CTE certification area.

 

2. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist the administration in implementing all policies and/or rules governing student life and conduct, and for the classroom, develop reasonable rules of classroom behavior and procedure, and maintain order in the classroom in a fair and just

 

2. Plan and supervise purposeful assignments for teacher assistants and evaluate their job

 

3. Strive to maintain and improve professional Participate in the development and support of the broad school vision.
